Return Policy

Exchanges of product can be made when The Flower Room is notified within 24 hours of receipt of product. Please call 603-343-4217 or email rebecca@nhflowerroom.com to give notification.

Partial or full refunds are made on a limited basis at the discretion of the owner/manager. No exchanges or refunds on special order products will be provided.

All products must be returned to The Flower Room in the manner in which it was received (pick ups must be brought back to the store. We will pick up any deliveries) in order to be considered for exchange or refund.

If a current working phone number is not provided for the recipient, The Flower Room assumes no responsibility for deliveries made to a wrong address, flowers that are not found by the recipient or flowers that are damaged or stolen after being left.

Terms of Service

Due to the ever changing nature and availability of flowers, substitutions may be made to you order. Should a flower in your arrangement not be available, our flower experts will make a substitution such that your arrangement will maintain the same look and feel as what is pictured on our site. If a significant substitution must be made, you will be contacted personally regarding our available options.

Our policy is to make your delivery on the date you requested (weather permitting). If the temperatures are below 35 degrees for flowers and/or 50 degrees for plants, we will not be able to deliver unless someone is at the delivery address to receive your gift.

If a delivery attempt is made during a time it is inappropriate to leave flowers due to weather conditions, and there is not a person available to receive a delivery at that time, one more attempt will be made only after verbal confirmation from the recipient is obtained that they will be present during our normal delivery hours. No other attempts will be made after the second attempt. The gift will be available for pickup at The Flower Room during our in-store shopping hours for 2 business days after the second attempt. No refunds will be issued for goods or services unable to be delivered due to recipients that are not available to receive them.

Orders placed with addresses that are incorrect are not subject to refund of item or delivery fees. If it is found that the address given by the sender is incorrect, the sender will be contacted. At that time the sender can choose to pay the additional delivery fee to the new address if it is within our delivery range, or to forfeit all fees paid for goods and services.


If you’re not sure if the recipient will be in town, please check first or ask us to call to schedule their delivery. We generally need a four hour time span that the recipient will be home to make the delivery. If a recipient is out of town and a delivery has been left for them without the customer notifying us of that possibility, additional fees will apply for us to pick up and re-deliver your gift.

We make every effort to honor as many same day delivery requests as possible. To ensure same day delivery, please order before 1pm. Call to confirm your delivery for same day can still be made if ordering after 1pm. If you have special delivery requirements or specific flower requests, we are happy to help. Please call the shop directly (603-343-4217) to place your order.

The Flower Room is not responsible for harm or damage done to property, pets or humans due to misuse of products provided by The Flower Room. Once products are received by the customer or recipient, they are the responsibility of that person or persons. Flowers and plants are sensitive to heat and cold, flowers should be kept out of direct sunlight and should be in a clean container with clean water and be recut when necessary to keep them happy.

Privacy Policy

The Flower Room shares your information with NO ONE. No other entity has access to your information. We send between 6 - 12 emails per year to our customer base. We will not be offended if you unsubscribe if you don’t want those emails, but please do not mark us as spam. That mark on our record reflects badly on our company and causes it to be more difficult for us to reach customers that do want to hear what we’re doing :)

We will never use your full name to identify you as a person who is buying our products, using us for a wedding, etc. If we have reason to use a photo with your face in it, we will get express permission from you and the photographer before doing so. Your likeness and identity are yours and are not our property. We respect that and you.

Side Note - Please do not use us to send flowers to someone who does not want you to. The safety and health of our total community is more important than keeping your identity safe. If someone indicates to our staff that they do not feel safe after receiving product from us, they will divulge the identity of the sender. No phone numbers, addresses or other contact information will be shared unless the police department is involved.
